The hotel is roomy and near to everything

There are no towels in our room upon check in. No phone in the room as well. My guest have to used their personal phone to call the front desk for towels. The room has smoke odor due to the club below us. I have chosen a non smoking room yet stunk.

No special rating but close to the mall.

The Wi Fi is extremely poor.The response time to any request is zero.

So many hidden charges. The beddings have stains. The bidet is broken and the bathroom is not clean. There is no cold water option for taking bath and the water is too hot to use for bathing. The door automatic lock is not working properly. The toiletries are not good mostly the soap looks like it is long time kept there. The bath towel color looks worn out. The aircon is not that cold enough to suffice the whole room. No room Slippers to use.

Generally disappointed only on the hotel part.

The staff itself, the atmosphere, the rooms and services need a major upgrade.

The room is not sound proof because at night I heard different sounds from outside of the window and outside of the door.

it was an awful experience very dirty rooms and bathroomsthe bathroom has a lot of things need to be fixed, most of the things were not working well. it is never suitable for a family and even for couples they have 2 discos as well, and the music was very loud. there is a place for parking, but actually it is used as carpentry shop and no place for parking off course sufficient to park my car.

Staff was nice and respectful.Bed and sofas were clean.The Station was close to the hotel.

The room was very low in lighting, I asked the staff to change the lights as they are very dim and the room looked spooky,The disco sounds disturbed me every night till 4am.There were cockroaches at the mirror side!

Rooms are magnificent

Not recommended for Family as the atmosphere is for bachelors who are looking for fun and disco and bars.

The location and price are generally good

The reception desk sucks. It is manned by a guy who's probably confused about his duties.He has hanged up on me for an uncountable number of times.At times, he would not even pick up my calls.Very arrogant he is. Possibly not all of them but this one who mostly works day time, he is horrible .I usually don't complain as I fear repercussions on the Staff and I am aware life ain't easy out there if one were to get fired.However, when someone consistently shows you an attitude and he is not even helping on small stuff, he is forcing you to give your true observation on the place

AC cooling was very slow and couldn't sleep for 3 nights. I made multiple complaint to the staff but they were not fixing it.

not good for family to stay .

Value for money and location wise its perfect as its close to metro station.

Need to work on pest control as well as the pipe in toilet was broken due to which water was flowing on the floor
